The house
Sea, fire and salt.
On the top floor of Club de Mar we cook piece by piece: ceviches, the daily catch, shellfish and dry-aged meat over the grill. Honest, produce-led cooking, with the terrace facing the harbour. And when night falls, the music takes over.
